Conditions:
- 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking. Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of the booking. All payments are via bank transfer.
- A deposit cheque of 200 GBP is required at the start of the stay. This will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
- Bookings are normally for Saturday to Saturday, However variations may be available depending on availability.
- Short Breaks are normally for a minimum of three nights.
- Cancellations should be advised as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to relet the property however if this is not possible, cancellations will be subject to 50% payment if made within 6 weeks of the start date.
- Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure, except when special times have been arranged.
- Guests will be liable for any damage or breakages to the property.
